Saint Paul City Council forums for each of the City's seven Wards were sponsored and underwritten by Saint Paul STRONG on two consecutive evenings in October 2019. They were held at the Saint Paul Neighborhood Network (SPNN). Saint Paul STRONG is a nonpartisan advocate for an open and transparent public process. All candidates were invited to participate as a public service for our municipal electoral process.
